Poomsae Development Training
These sessions ,conducted by Master Kenny , are highly recommended for those wishing to participate in the upcoming preliminary and dan gradings .
The next training session is this Sunday 25th September 10am in Baldoyle Taekwondo Club.

Poomsae Competition development:
Sunday 25th September 12pm
National poomsae squad members and those who meet the following criteria.
Taekwondo Ireland members
Be currently active in “Live” poomsae competitions (near future bookings acceptable) or have aspirations to compete nationally or internationally
Have regular attendance to poomsae squad sessions and /or seminars and upskilling training events.
Have 80% knowledge of compulsory poomsae for the relevant category (Dan, K1, K2, K3).
Be willing to commit to and represent Taekwondo Ireland National Team at planned international events where selected.
